Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCR 11 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2013-04-10 House Journal Page 1042 The following was before the House: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Joint Resolution No. 3, urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil and gas exploration, development, and production; relating to oil and gas exploration, development, production, and royalties; and relating to renewable and alternative energy technologies. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCR 11 pass the House?"
