Representative Johnson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
HCR 11 (page 1036).                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of HCR 11 be taken up on the same day.  There being

    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                              
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Joint Resolution                                                            
    No. 3, urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to                                                             
    open the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil                                                        
    and gas exploration, development, and production; relating to oil                                                           
    and gas exploration, development, production, and royalties; and                                                            
    relating to renewable and alternative energy technologies.
